MARIE HANDY, is a master’s candidate in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. She currently works as a public policy intern for Amazon and has previously interned at NASA and the American Foreign Policy Council. Her research focuses on U.S.-East Asia relations, bilateral space cooperation and military strategy.
