David Cameron who served as Prime Minister of UK between 2010-2016, returned to the politics as Foreign Secretary in the Prime Minister Richi Sunak’s Cabinet. Cameron is also famous for its decision to hold a referendum in UK to vote Britain’s stay in the European Union (EU) or to leave from in 2016. He unsuccessfully campaigned during the 2016 Brexit referendum for Britain to vote to remain in the EU and afterwards he decided to leave politics until 14th of November 2023.

Cameron’s return as Foreign Secretary does not promise great things, however his charm and charisma could not be denied when the politics in the UK has been in turmoil since the resignation of Boris Johnson in June 2023. It is, to some degree, clear that Cameron could not promise Richi Sunak and his government a radical change or a dynamism. On the other hand, some politiciansquestion the logic of assigning Cameron to the position of Foreign Secretary since he may do more harm than good.
